The Annual Harrington Festival kicks off on the 1st of January every year. With a line up of entertainment on the 1st for the whole family to enjoy including markets on the waters edge, live music, side show, carnival rides and the John Oxley fireworks (yes fireworks on the night of the 1st!). The fireworks display has been labelled one of the best on the Mid North Coast and our little town’s population swells to thousands during the festival night. The Annual tagged fish comp kicks off on January 1st too. Other activities during January include art and craft shows, golf championships and the Crowdy Head Triathlon.
